If there’s ever anything worrying our FRiDOiDS, at work or at home, they can ring Friday’s dedicated helpline. Legal troubles, financial issues, family problems, bereavement support… anything goes. It’s independently run, it’s totally confidential - and it’s free.
Additional benefits for Managers
All our managers get the full team member benefits as listed above. Quality Service Managers and Assistant General Managers also receive private medical care for themselves and their families, plus annual incentives including profit share of up to 150% of their salary. On top of all this, General Managers also receive a contributory pension.
