Ive worked at TGI Fridays for well 3 years now and love the place.
Started of as a door host then have gone through the different stations doing desserts bussing bar backing some bar work too and now i am a WW. the only thing i havenet done is kitchen or managing. Now all the stripes are back is amazing with all the pins, which is what i wanted to go onto...i think it would be great if there was a production of all the old pins like the abe lincoln one and the elephant on a ball the traffic lights all those old school ones because when i was a kid and came in all those years ago it was great and now theyre not avalible anymore, also the store name badges because although ive worked at basildon as my home store i currently work at watford whilst at uni and both are buzzing with life.
just to sum up my life story....working at fridays has been great such a good company to be working for and i would just like to get some of the old pins back to show on my uniform!

Thanks for the great ideas around recognition pins , I totally agree with your views on bringing back some of the 'classics'
We are doing some work on this right now which David Carroll is leading , I have copied him on this so that he can bring you up to date with this work.
