I currently work at the Newport Road TGI store in Cardiff. I enjoy working as part of the fridays family, however, im demoralised to hear of an unfair pay distance between the recently opened store in St.Davids Cardiff.
It has been brought to my attention, and to others, that they recieve a substancial more amount of pay than us. Given the fact that we are based in the same area, while also doing the exact same; if not, more sales i am disheartend that there is such a segregated difference within the same company.
I work as a door host, and also as a S.A. Both positions within newport road, require the same responsibilitys as the positions in St.Davids, yet, we are on less pay.
I belive that this difference in the pay should be looked into , as the majority of us feel that it is unfair.
