Qualifications
by Karen (Support Centre Support Centre)Generally we’re more focused on hiring the right attitude and then training in the skills at Friday’s. If you have qualifications in hospitality or business management they may support your competence in role, but a spirit of hospitality and a genuine belief in our brand and values is more important to us! There are a few exceptions to the need for specific qualifications: being some of our support centre roles for which you do need to be a chartered professional. However for those member of our Friday’s family who GROW with us – we support in the attainment of these professional qualifications.
