Saturday started pretty good . . . but descended into confusion at an alarming pace! One thing i'm learning about TGI Management is that no two days are ever the same and that sometimes you 'gotta roll with the punches' ! Our lighting in our public areas crashed today . . . so it was dinner by candle light in Reading ! Hopefully we'll be up and running for Monday Night for the Bartender Challenge ! Ahhhh.
