
Store bar teams... create a store cocktail which reflects your stores personality and your cocktail could be listed in the September drinks directory.
RULES!
• Use existing products, ingredients & glassware
• Aim for a selling price of £5.49
• Takes no longer than 60 seconds to build
• Reflects stores location & team personality (e.g. The Trafford Tantiliser, The Glasgow Kiss, The Solihull Slush)
• The More flair build the better! (Blenders and mixers are so last season)
• Must be entered with service sizzle notes to sell your idea
• Be original; all entries will be checked
COMPETITION!
• Make a video showing your cocktail creation
• Each video entry will be voted on here by you (this will be made visible once we have some videos)
• The 6 BEST entries will go through to the Final.
PROCESS
• Bar Team get creative (on paper!)
• GM signs off store entry
• Bar Team create 2 min (X file size) film of them building their drink and submit to Fridoid’s by Monday 5th July 2010.
• Should be a Team build effort (the more bartenders involved with flair the better!)
SCORING
• Each entry will be voted on (1-5 scoring)
• The 6 best entries, one per region (high % vote) will go through to the final.
• Judged at 14th July Food Show, by Karen Forrester and the regional Liquor Champions.
• The winning cocktail will be listed in the September drinks directory.
• The winning drink and bartenders names will be added to our recipe manual.

Deadline?!

So I just spent all day filming my video(on my own) and stayed up trying to upload it to fridoids because my bar team are gone.
And now the deadlines been changed to the 5th of July.
If thats the case then I didnt have to record it all myself, AND my bar team will be back by then.
